Open a panel window with the Zhengzhou desk
Send a scope, ask a question, or book a bench sitting. The desk of HeNan YaDian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. reads every message and replies with a clear next step rather than a sales brochure.

What happens after you write to the desk
The first read
When your message arrives, a member of the panel desk reads it in full before replying. We look for the scope, the site and any drawings you have already sent, and we open a point sheet bay as soon as the picture is clear enough to begin. If something important is missing, our reply will ask for exactly that rather than sending you a form.
The panel window
If the job looks like a fit, we invite you to a panel window so you can watch a switch bank being tested before any commitment is made. The window is a working session, not a pitch. Bring the questions you would normally save for the end of a project, because the desk would rather answer them at the start.
The bench sitting
A job we agree to carry will end at a bench sitting, where you switch every function by hand and confirm that the panel behaves the way the paper said it would. That final hour is the reason clients return, and it begins the moment you decide to write to the desk.
Three questions the desk hears often
What should I include in my first message?
A short scope, the site location and any drawings or photographs you already have are enough to start. If you do not have drawings, describe the rooms and the functions you want to switch, and the desk will open a point sheet bay from that description.
Do you respond outside China standard time?
We answer messages as the desk opens each morning, and urgent items sent by email are triaged first. Partner crews in other regions can request a window that suits their working day, and we will arrange a sitting at that hour where we can.
Can I visit the panel desk?
Yes. Visits are welcome at the Huanan City address during business hours, and a bench sitting can be booked to coincide with your visit. Write ahead so the desk can prepare the bank you want to see.
